and I love simplifying tech.

Starting out as a computer engineer, I found my way into the EdTech UX space, where working closely with real users completely changed how I thought about systems and products. It made me realize that the best technology is the kind people don't have to think about. That experience ultimately led me to pursue a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

With 3+ years spanning EdTech, B2B SaaS, and automotive, I take ambiguous problems and turn them into products people love using.

My Design Philosophy

Nail the Problem, then the Solution

Before jumping into design ideas, I invest time in deeply understanding the user’s context, motivations, and pain points. The best solutions come later, and only if they’re truly grounded in the problem space.

Strive for Clarity through Structure

Inspired by Massimo Vignelli’s belief in the power of design systems,
I value structure as a way to bring clarity and consistency to a product. I see structure not as a limitation, but as a tool that helps users navigate with ease and confidence.

Iterate with Intention

Create with a clear purpose in mind. I let each iteration reflect thoughtful progress; deepening understanding, and shaping designs that align closely with user needs and goals.

Leave Room for Delight

While solving problems is the core of design, I also try to create moments that surprise, engage, or emotionally resonate with people.

Things I'm passionate about… 💜

Visualizing Ideas through Art

I’ve been doodling ever since I can remember and have always tried wacky craft projects. Some of my artworks range from canvas paintings to digital rendering to creating a functional Batman helmet that lights up! I have also done a bunch of Graphic Design projects on themes such as infographics, semiotics and post-modernism.

Learning Music Instruments

I have learned classical piano (Trinity College: Grade 5) and picked up the ukulele on my own during the pandemic. Knowing the theory and science behind music has tuned my brain to focus on the subtle beauty of a composition, which I tend to enjoy more than lyrics.

Sports

You will always find me checking up the scores of my favorite teams and staying up late to watch FC Barcelona in the Champions League and the NBA. Playing soccer and basketball is one of my go-tos for a relaxing day. I’ve also attended 10+ football games at Michigan Stadium (Go Blue!).
